Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday expressed his thanks to former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson for his support to Ukraine in light of the Russian military operation.
On Instagram, Zelensky revealed that former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson visited today the towns of Bucha and Borodyanka near the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, where he inspected the devastating effects of the war in Ukraine inside the two towns.
According to British media sources, Johnson visited Ukraine again, despite warnings from prominent British military figures that he should stay away and stop "looking for fame".
Johnson, however, said he had been invited by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to visit Ukraine again, urging Western leaders to give Ukraine "all the help they need".
