Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky congratulated on Saturday Giorgia Meloni, after swearing-in as Italy's new prime minister (PM).
"My congratulations to Giorgia Meloni, the first female Prime Minister of Italy," Zelensky tweeted.
"I wish the new government to successfully respond to all the challenges of today. I look forward to coa ntinued fruitful cooperation to ensure peace and prosperity in Ukraine, Italy a,nd the world," he added.
