Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced today, Thursday, that he discussed the use of long-range weapons, the delivery of aid packages, and the implementation of a victory plan during a phone call with US President Joe Biden, amid ongoing Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities.
Zelensky added, "We talked about long-range weapons, about the upcoming Ramstein meeting in a few weeks, and also about how our teams are working on the points of the victory plan."
