Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has accused Russia of providing intelligence support to Iran, including the use of satellite imagery to target U.S. military sites in the Middle East, such as Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia.

Zelensky stated in a post on the X platform that he received a briefing indicating Moscow had captured images of U.S. military facilities in the Gulf region for Tehran’s benefit.

He explained that images taken on March 25 of Prince Sultan Air Base—a joint U.S.-Saudi facility located about 96 kilometers from Riyadh—preceded a ballistic missile and drone attack on the base early Saturday morning.

According to media reports, the attack resulted in injuries to at least 15 U.S. soldiers. The base was reportedly targeted twice within the same week. The Ukrainian President added that Russian satellite surveillance also included joint U.S.-UK military facilities in the Indian Ocean, Kuwait International Airport, parts of the Burgan oil field infrastructure, as well as bases and oil sites in Turkey and Qatar.

In response, the Kremlin categorically denied these accusations, asserting that it has not provided any intelligence support to Iran.
