Youssef Chaban in stable condition

On Tuesday, veteran Egyptian actor Youssef Chaban has been hospitalized at El Agouza Hospital after contracting the coronavirus.

Informed sources at the hospital shared Wednesday a new update about the veteran actor’s latest health condition.

The insiders revealed that he is being monitored through a specialized medical team and is currently in the ICU undergoing the treatment protocol.

The sources added he is on a respirator but in a stable condition and denied that he had gone into a coma.

The insiders added that Chaban performed a swab when he entered the hospital, which result is scheduled to come out on Thursday, through which it will reveal the stage of his infection.
