The 4th edition of the El Gouna Film Festival (GFF) kicked off from Oct. 23 – Oct 31, in El Gouna resort town, Red Sea Governorate, despite the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
The festival management was keen to adhere to Coronavirus measures, however, it was not sufficient enough as many celebrities who attended the festival got infected such as Basma, Zainab Ghareeb, Wegz, and Reem El Adl.
Therefore, many celebrities are having PCR tests and turned out negative, such as legendary Egyptian actress Yousra, Khaled El-Sawy, Ahmed Dawood and his wife actress Ola Roshdy as well as film director Amir Ramses, Hany Ramzy, and Hend Abdel Halim.
Yousra unveiled Thursday via Twitter that she did two PCR tests for coronavirus and tested negative.

Also, Ramses took to Facebook on Thursday to reassure his fans and friends, saying: "After several rumors have reached my friends about me catching COVID 19 and after many worried calls, I did my PCR test and it came out negative.. thanks for all the people who called me,".
Moreover, actor Ahmed Dawood took to Twitter on Thursday to addressed the reports that claim that he and his wife actress Ola Roshdy are infected with the virus.
"I am astonished by the spreading news that confirms my and Ola's infection with Coronavorus.. As we do not if we are infected.. How did you know?! Shame on those who write unconfirmed news," he tweeted on Thursday.
