Yousra Mesmerizes in Her Latest Photo Session

Professional Photographer Ahmed Mobarez posted on social media his latest session, featuring prominent Egyptian actress Yousra, and taken for an Arabian magazine.

Yousra looked dazzling in an off-white wool blazer, with a simple make-up and hairstyle, which gained the admiration of her fans across social network.

Yousra is currently participating in Ramadan with TV series “Kayanat Ahd”.

It also stars, Hala Shiha, Khaled Sarhan, Abeer Sabry, Hanady Mehanna, Anwar Khaled, and others.

The series is written by Ahmed Adel and directed byHani Khalifa.

It revolves around Ahd (Yousra), a mother of a boy called Hisham (Khaled Anwar), a middle-class woman who has a clothing factory. She has also two siblings, a brother (Khaled Sarhan), and a sister (Hala Shiha).

It is worth mentioning that Civene Muhammad Hafiz Naseem‏, mostly known as Yousra, was born on March 10, 1951.

She was discovered by photographer Abdul Haleem Nasr who gave her a role in his debut as a filmmaker.

Yousra is best known for her TV appearances on “Arees we aroussa”(Groom and bride)‏, “Al-shaahed al-waheed” (The only witness)‏, ”Hayaat al-Gohary”‏ (al-Gohary’s life), “Raafat al-Haggaan”‏, “Sayyedat al-fondok” (The Lady of the hotel)‏, “Awaan al-ward” (A time for flowers)‏, “Ayna Kalby?” (Where is my heart?), ”Malak rowhy”(King of my soul), “Ahlam A’deya” (Normal Dream), “Saraya Abdeen”, and “Ladina Aqwal Okhra” (We have Further Comments).

The actress also played stage roles like “Ka’b aaly i.e. High heels” and “Lamma baba yenaam i.e. When daddy sleeps”.

She is married to Khaled Selim, the son of football Legend Saleh Selim and the sister-in-law of actor Hesham Selim.

The actress’s pure talent flourished in renowned film director Youssef Chahine’s “Eskendereyya kamaan we kamaan” (Alexandria again and forever”), “Al-mohaager” (The immigrant), and “Eskendereyya New York” (Alexandria New York).

Among her most famous cinematic roles are films “Al-‘assefa” (The storm)‏, “Al-gou’” ( The Hunger)‏, “Al-mansy” (The forgotten), and “Toyour al-zalaam” (The birds of darkness).

The actress has frequently acted with prominent actor, Adel Imam and shined through her roles in “Al-irhab wal kabab”‏, “Ala Bab El Wazir”‏, and “Al-avokato”.

During her career, she has presented a large number of artistic works in Egyptian cinema and television drama.

In 2016, Yousra was appointed as UNAIDS Regional Goodwill Ambassador for the Middle East and North Africa.

Yousra and the Red Sea

In 2017, Yousra performed a duet song with Abu “3 Daqat”, which achieved huge success by earning over 50 million viewers on YouTube.

It kept smashing records on YouTube and earned over 84 million viewers, after four-month of its release on the American video-sharing website.

The music clip earned at least 3,460 viewers every 10 minutes.

Upon release, the duet ranked the no.1 song on YouTube’s Egypt trending list.

The music video had achieved a higher success by nearly earning 10 million viewers, after Abu released the video on his Facebook channel on October 11, which was an instant hit.

The duet is with the Lyrics by Tamer Habib, and composed by Mohamed Khaled Mohamed Ramdan.

The music video was filmed in 24 hours by director Mariam Abou Auf, the shooting took place in different parts of Al-Jouna.

3 Daqat was filmed as part of the first edition of El Gouna Film Festival  (GFF) and featured a number of celebrities such as Nabeel Eisa, Sherine Reda, Jamila Adel Awad, Ahmed Malek, Ezzat and Maha Abou Auf, Amr Salama, Tamer Habib, and other stars.
