The iconic Norway spruce, around 60 years old, was delivered to Rockefeller Center on November 8.
Tonight, the famous tree will be illuminated in the annual ceremony.
Despite earlier weather concerns and traffic disruptions, the forecast now calls for clear skies.
Crowds of locals and tourists have already gathered, eager to claim a prime viewing spot for the event.
A New York City tradition dating back to 1931, the lighting ceremony draws thousands each year.
Visitors can purchase tickets to the ice rink or one of the observation decks for an unforgettable view.
VIP tree-lighting passes are also available, offering a closer look at the tree along with a champagne experience.
This year’s lighting takes place on the evening of December 3, with the tree set to illuminate just before 10 p.m. EST.
Pre-show coverage begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by the main broadcast at 7 p.m. hosted by Mario Lopez, David Ushery, and Natalia Pasquarella.
The nationwide broadcast starts at 8 p.m. EST, hosted by Reba McEntire alongside TODAY anchors Savannah Guthrie, Al Roker, and Craig Melvin.
The program will feature performances by artists including Kristin Chenoweth, Marc Anthony, Michael Bublé, Laufey, and more.
The renowned Radio City Rockettes, celebrating their 100th anniversary in 2025, will also take the stage.
