South Korea has elected conservative opposition candidate, Yoon Suk-yeol, as the country's next president.
Yoon won Thursday the presidential election with around 98% of the ballots counted. He won 48.59% of the votes, narrowly edging the Democratic Party's Lee Jae-Myung who garnered 47.80%.
After a bitter, hard-fought election campaign, Lee concedes defeat.
