Dozens of Houthi militias members were killed and wounded Sunday in an airtight ambush carried out by the Yemeni army at the Nihm front, east of the capital, Sanaa.
The Yemeni National Army lured groups of Houthi elements that tried to advance to its positions, to fall prey to the fire of its weapons, which resulted in dozens of them being killed or wounded.
According to the official website of the army, ongoing clashes are taking place on the Nihm front, reaching the vicinity of al-Mas camp.
Video clips distributed by the Yemeni Army Media Center showed scenes of the violent battles that the army and the resistance are fighting. It continuously crawled over the Houthi coup militia sites, which are falling in front of it.
The scenes showed the army's pursuit of militia members who are fleeing the battlefield, due to the army's bravery in the clashes. The army used various weapons, targeting the Houthi militia groups which suffered great losses in their equipment and lives.
