Yemeni Prime Minister (PM) Dr. Maeen Abdulmalik discussed Monday with Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Oil Minister Dr. Saad Al-Barrak ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in all fields.
The two sides reviewed the current and future Kuwaiti support for Yemen in a number of vital areas, in addition to the latest developments in the situation on the Yemeni scene in various aspects.
Moreover, Abdul-Malik praised the fraternal roles of Kuwait’s leadership, government and people towards Yemen and its people over the past decades, the effective impact of its projects in vital sectors, and its firm position in supporting Yemeni legitimacy.
For his part, Kuwaiti Deputy PM conveyed to Yemeni PM greetings of Kuwaiti leadership and Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, stressing Kuwait’s position in support of the legitimate government, the Leadership Council, and the Yemeni people, and its keenness to stabilize the situation, end the war, and achieve peace.
