WYF 2018 closing: 10 recommendations by Sisi

In the closing session of the World Youth Forum (WYF 2018), President Abdel Fatah El Sisi announced ten recommendations to be executed before holding the third edition of the forum next year in Sharm el-Sheikh resort city.

Here are WYF ten recommendations:

First: Egypt's Aswan city is announced as the capital of African Youth in 2019. An Arab-African Youth Forum will take place in Aswan soon to discuss key issues and challenges that face Arab and African generations.

Second: The Egyptian State acknowledges that Sharm El-Sheikh Declaration for Arab-African Integration will be accredited as an official document so that Egypt will submit it to the Arab League and the African Union Delegation.

Sharm El-Sheikh Declaration for Arab-African Integration is one of the outcomes of the Arab-African Summit Model, which was convened at the sideline of the WYF2018.

Third: The National Academy for Youth Training and Rehabilitation is assigned to put executive mechanisms to train Arab-African youth in political, economic and social fields via launching the African version of the Presidential Leadership Program.

Fourth: The Egyptian State adopts acknowledgement of life protection and anti-terrorism principle as an inevitable right of human beings.

Fifth: WYF administration is assigned to study pros and cons of excessive usage of social networks.

Sixth: In cooperation with the WYF administration, Egyptian state apparatuses will carry out a propaganda campaign at political and media levels worldwide to increase the public opinion's awareness about dangers of water security issue.

Seventh: Launching an international initiative to train 10.000 Egyptian and African youth about developing and electronic apps within the coming three years, in addition to supporting establishment of 100 companies specialized in such fields in Egypt and Africa.

Eight: State services are assigned to establish a regional center for entrepreneurship nationwide t to assist start-up companies in Egypt and neighboring countries.

Ninth: Forming a committee to run the memorial of the revival of humanity located in Sharm El-Sheikh.

Tenth: The Cabinet is assigned to form a committee to prepare a comprehensive conception to modify the law organizing civil associations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) activities nationwide.
