Wydad Possible Line-up for Al Ahly

Al Ahly of Egypt are set to clash against Wydad in the CAF Champions League final on Monday with both team looking for adding a title to their great hisory.

The match will kick off at 21:00 CLT at Mohammed V stadium.

The two teams had previously met on ten occasions, with Al Ahly winning four, drawing four and losing two.

In the CAF Champions League's 2011 season, both teams clashed in the quarter final with 3-3 draw deciding the result in Cairo, before playing out a 1-1 draw in Morocco.

Five years later, both teams faced off in the group stage of the tournament's 2016 season as they played out a goalless draw in Cairo, while the Red Devils managed to clinch a 1-0 win in the second leg in Morocco.

In 2017, the two teams played four matches; two in the group stage and two in the finals.

The Moroccan team managed to claim the title that time with a 2-1 aggregate win.
