President Abdel Fattah El Sisi visited Kafr El-Sheikh University on Tuesday where he took part in a group breakfast with students, faculty, and the university staff.
The President was keen on engaging in an open dialogue with them and listening to their views.
Sisi stressed the state’s keenness to elevate the level of public universities, in parallel with the establishment of new universities across the country, in line with an approach dependent on providing the appropriate education and training for the current and future labor market.
This comes within the framework of the state’s principal priority: paying attention to young people, training them, and equipping them in all fields, since they are Egypt’s true hope and wealth in achieving comprehensive and sustainable development in the coming years.
Moreover, Sisi also reiterated the importance for students to develop their awareness of the changes and challenges in the current era, whether at the internal, regional, or international levels, while simultaneously developing their scientific and academic standards and their capacity to keep pace with the current and future development of the labor market.
