Wolverhampton published a statement on their official website, in which they affirmed that Raul's condition is better after the surgery he underwent at the London Hospital, indicating that Jiménez will not leave the hospital, as he will remain under observation for several days until the recovery phase begins.
In the statement, the English club thanked Arsenal's medical staff, paramedics, hospital medical staff, and the doctors who performed the surgery for the player, for their skills and speed in offering assistance to save the player.
The club finally requested that the player and his family be granted a period of privacy before any talks or interviews take place, confirming that any new developments regarding the player will be revealed in due time.
