US President Donald Trump's special envoy, Steven Witkoff, and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, plan to visit Moscow again to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Bloomberg reported.

Sources indicated that the meeting could take place in January, noting that plans are not yet finalized and may be delayed due to developments in Iran.

Witkoff and Kushner, who visited Moscow in December, are expected to present their latest proposals for resolving the conflict in Ukraine, including security guarantees that the United States and European countries intend to offer Kyiv.

It is worth mentioning that, Putin received Wittkopf and Kushner at the Kremlin on December 2nd for a meeting that lasted approximately five hours and focused on the path to a settlement in Ukraine.

The Kremlin also announced on December 29th that the Russian and US presidents discussed the results of the US-Ukrainian negotiations in Florida by telephone.
