American actor Will Smith celebrated, on Friday, Egyptian-born Canadian actor Mena Massoud's 30th birthday.
Smith took to his Instagram to wish his co-star in Aladdin a happy birthday.
On his part, Massoud thanked all fans and friends on Twitter" for making me feel special as I ring in the big 30."
"I’m so incredibly grateful to have had the experiences I did in my 20’s & look forward to the next 10 years alongside the awesome fandom," he tweeted.
Massoud had been busy with his new movie “The Royal Treatment”, starring Laura Marano.
The movie is directed by Rick Jacobson and written by Holly Hester.
The story centers around Isabella and Prince Thomas. Isabella runs her own salon, while Prince Thomas runs his own country and is about to marry for duty rather than love. When Izzy and her fellow stylists get the opportunity of a lifetime to do the hair for the royal wedding, she and Prince Thomas learn that taking control of their own destiny requires following their hearts.
The actor is also set to reprise his title role in the forthcoming Aladdin sequel, which will be directed by Guy Ritchie.
