But Fauci did not affirm the results of a study held by Washington University this week.

The study indicated that about 900 thousand people died of the Coronavirus.

The senior health official pointed out that the concerned authorities have unveiled lower figures of deaths since the outbreak of the disease, according to Al Hurrah, a US satellite channel.

Fauci commented on the method of the university study as saying that the death of 900 thousand in the USA may be lower than the fact level of deaths.

He added that the university's method of counting the causalities of the COVID-19 may be the right one.

It is worth noting that the USA has registered that the highest rate of infections with COVID-19 throughout the last two years.

More than 32 million people in the country caught the virus and 581 thousand died according to the official statistics.

However, the pace of infection has declined since January as the rate of vaccination rose steadily despite a slight increase during holidays of springtime this year.

But the rate of infection retreated again as of mid-April.

CNN shed the light on the efforts of encouraging vaccination against the Coronavirus after slowing the pace of receiving the anti-Corona vaccine.

The US authorities seek to increase the number of vaccinated people by offering stimulants and introducing the vaccines in the local pharmacies.

Within the last six months, some 150 million people in the USA were vaccinated against COVID-19 in the most rapid and collective vaccination in the history of the world.

The rate of vaccination in the USA slowed again which urged the officials to introduce  a new package of stimulants
