The Ministry of Supply and Internal Commerce has announced commencing of wheat delivery season from growers by the middle of April.
The ministry has released a statement today، Saturday says that its companies and the Agricultural Bank are ready to receive the new product of local wheat.
The statement affirms that prices of delivery haven’t declared yet.
Ministers of Agriculture and Supply will update the Premier on studies linked to prices of local wheat during the weekly meeting of the Cabinet next Wednesday.
The statement stressed that any prices traded in media outlets are not accurate at all.
It is worth to mention that Egypt imports million of wheat every year as the local product doesn’t suffice consumption of outgrowing population.
