The RiseUp Summit 2019 is set to kick off today until the 7th of December at the American University in Cairo (AUC).
It is considered the Middle East's largest entrepreneurial forum, which seeks to connect startups in the Middle East with the most relevant resources around the world.
It also aims to attract around 10,000 participants over three days, in addition to presenting many new elements of the summit, which is hosting more than 17 competitions and events on the sidelines of the summit, including 180 exhibitors startups, as well as more than 200 workshops, inspirational speeches, and panel discussions.

The speaker line-up will feature many international figures, including Brian Collins, Chief Creative Officer of COLLINS, Gerardo Mazzeo, Global Innovation Director at Nestlé, Karen Cheng, Head of Social at 9GAG and Marcel Muenster, Founder, and Director of the Gritti Fund. RiseUp summit will also feature Arabic content for the first time, where various speakers from the region will present their own journey of growth on stage in Arabic.
Additionally, RiseUp summit is hosting 4 startups exhibitions: Startups Station for early-stage startups, HIPOs Station for post-seed startups, F&B Station and Creative Marketplace.
Since its inception in 2013, RiseUp Summit hosted over 25,000 attendees, over 1250 speakers, and 800 investors, along with 762 exhibiting and pitching startups.
