Shahid streaming service finally released Thursday the first teaser for Egyptian iconic actress, Sherihan's new musical play "Coco Chanel".
The play was penned by Medhat El Adl and directed by veteran director Hady El Bagoury, who helmed 2016’s critically acclaimed film “Hepta”.

The play is sponsored by the Entertainment Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and MBC. It depicts the life story of the famous fashion designer, Coco Chanel, and her world-famous fashion brand.
The production was filmed for television in 2019 and set to be screened at the beginning of 2020, but the coronavirus outbreak occurred.
Sherihan commented on the news on Facebook, stating: "Art has a home... it is located at the theater, which is my original home ... I hope that the production meets the likeness of the audience."
The play mark's the iconic actress acting comeback after 18 years of absence.
In 2002, she made her last film appearance in “Al Eshk Wal Damm”, starring late veteran actor Farouk El-Fishawy.
