Israeli forces killed a Palestinian today in the West Bank where violent confrontations in different areas, widespread arrests, and incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that Mahmoud Abu Ayhour, 27, died in confrontations in Halhul, near Hebron, in the southern West Bank, with a bullet that penetrated his stomach, diaphragm, and aorta.
The ministry said that there were 5 other injuries, including 3 with live bullets, and two with rubber.
The confrontations in Halhul were part of other confrontations that erupted in Jenin and Nablus in the northern West Bank, Issawiya in Jerusalem, and other areas due to Israeli incursions to carry out arrest campaigns.
On Thursday, the Israeli army arrested more than 11 Palestinians in the West Bank as well as in Jerusalem, after Jewish extremists stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
