Democratic lawmakers of the US House of Representatives have withdrawn one billion dollars that were allotted to Israel to fund the anti-missile system that is known as Iron Dome.

The liberal members of the House rejected plans to fund the Israeli system.

According to Sputnik” a Russian English –spoken news website, the decision made by the Demos in the House may lead to the possible battle in the House over that matter later this year.

The Democratic lawmakers objected to an article to raise one billion dollars to develop the Israeli system of Iron Dome.

It is worth noting that US Raytheon for defense industries makes many parts of the Israeli system.

US Congress discussed a motion to fund the Federal Government until the 3rd of December and raise the limit of borrowing in the United States of America (USA).

The difference over funding the Israeli system enforced the Committee of Discipline in the House to delay this matter for a short time but leaders of the Appropriations Committee in the House pledged to enroll funding of the Iron Done in a motion of defense expenditure before the end of the current year.

However, this decision may pave the way to arise another difference over the US military aids to Israel.

Jamaal Bowman, a Democratic lawmaker,  said that members of the House have no sufficient time to consider the matter regarding funding the Israeli system.

He told reporters that the leadership of the US lays something on the table and gives the lawmakers five minutes to decide that matter and the lawmakers attempt to go ahead with it.

It is worth noting that the USA has offered more than $ 1.6 billion to Israel to develop and construct the Iron Dome system according to Congress’ Research Center last year.

This mirrors the strong support to Israel among either Demos or Republicans.

For his part, Yair Lapid, Israel’s Foreign Minister, said that withdrawal of US funds was due to technical reasons only.

He added that leaders of the Demos in the House affirmed to him that funds will be funneled soon to finance the Iron Dome system.
