The Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has revealed that the US Administration suggested removing all economic sanctions off Iran for entering talks.

The official website of Rouhani mentioned that he stopped in Geneva, Switzerland on his way back to Tehran.

He had participated in the 74th round of meetings of the General Assembly of the United Nations held last week in New York, USA.

Rouhani affirmed that Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany and the French President Emanuel Macron insisted on holding a meeting with US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the UN meetings.

He added that the Americans said clearly they will remove all sanctions after negations with the Iranian government.

Rouhani stressed that he refused that offer submitted by mediators because it was presented in unacceptable manner.

The Iranian president went on to say that any talks with the USA won’t succeed within the poisonous atmosphere of sanctions and ongoing pressure.

He warned that the final results of negotiations could not be positive at all.

On the other hand,  the Iranian ambassador to Iraq threatened today that his country will target the US forces occupying Iraq.

He warns that if the USA initiates  attacks on  the Iranian territories, the Iranians will respond by targeting the American troopers in Iraq.

On the other hand, an Iraqi source revealed that the Iraqi President Barham Ahmed Salih sought to reduce tensions between the USA and Iran during participating at the 74th round of the United Nations General Assembly held earlier this week in New York.

The Iraqi President has suggested hosting a conference to reduce tensions in the region.

He presented that suggestion to Arab and European leaders.

He invited the USA and Saudi to take part in the scheduled conference.

The Iraqi President said that he is still waiting the concerned countries to respond to his invitation to the conference.

He affirmed that Iraq won’t  join any side of the standing conflict between USA and Iran.

The Iraqi President touched over his speech at the UN the ambiguous attacks on the Saudi oil facilities in the eastern part of the kingdom weeks earlier.

The Saudi authorities accuses Iran of carrying out those attacks via the Houthi rebels in Yemen.

Iran’s foreign minister on Thursday warned of “all-out war” if the U.S. or Saudi Arabia attacked Tehran in retaliation for its alleged role in the crippling strikes on Saudi oil facilities last weekend.

"We don’t want war,” Javad Zarif told CNN in an interview aired Thursday morning. "But we won’t blink to defend our territory."

Zarif's remarks come as the Trump administration weighs a series of options to respond to drone and missile strikes on Saudi Arabia’s oil infrastructure.

Vice President Mike Pence said Wednesday that Trump's national security team will meet on Friday to discuss the issue.

"We'll be meeting tomorrow to continue to review the facts," Pence said at an unrelated event Thursday. "And the president has basically said, "Let's get to the bottom of what happened'."

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called the attack an “act of war” as he traveled to the region on Wednesday.

President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he wants a "peaceful" solution to a standoff with Iran, but is also prepared to invoke military action in the wake of an attack on Saudi oil facilities.

"If we can have a peaceful solution, that's good. It's possible that that won't happen," Trump told Fox & Friends in a Thursday interview broadcast Friday. "But there's never been a stronger country militarily
