U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken will head to Moldova and the Czech Republic next Tuesday on a four-day tour to discuss bilateral issues.
In a statement, U.S. Department of State said that Blinken will meet in Chișinău with Moldovan President Maia Sandu and other senior officials to affirm U.S. support for Moldova's progress in joining the European Union and energy security.
In Prague, Blinken will meet with his Czech counterpart Jan Lipavský and other senior officials to discuss ongoing support for Ukraine, cooperative defense modernization, and deepening energy relations.
During his stay in the Czech capital, Blinken will also participate in an informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers to discuss the priorities of the upcoming NATO summit in Washington.
