U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that Hamas movement has agreed, in principle, to what will happen after the war.
The U.S. Secretary of State added, "We want the detainees in Gaza to be released as soon as possible."
He also noted that "meetings are ongoing regarding an agreement between Israel and Hamas."
"The second phase related to disarmament and withdrawal will not be easy," Rubio continued.
