U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry called on nations to rely on offshore renewable vitality sources, as Russian President Vladimir Putin cannot control the wind or the sun.

Russia usually provides Europe with spherical 40% of its gasoline, which complicates the western efforts to impose monetary sanctions on Putin’s authorities for the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
