The United States commended the role of King Mohammed VI of Morocco in promoting regional stability, security, and prosperity.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said - in a statement published by the ministry on its website, today, Sunday; " Washington and Rabat enjoy a deep and historical relationship that continues to benefit the peoples of the two countries," stressing: "our deep and steadfast relationship remains one of the pillars of peace and stability for our two countries and the region."
"On behalf of the government and citizens of the United States of America, I extend my best wishes and congratulations to King Mohammed VI and the people of Morocco on the occasion of Throne Day, and we thank you for being among our oldest and closest friends," the US minister added.
