The White House announced that the United States (US) has fulfilled almost every request for military aid on Ukraine's list, indicating that it will announce a new military aid package for Ukraine soon.
It is worth mentioning that, Ukraine called on the international community to focus on strengthening the implementation of sanctions against Russia and to accelerate the development of mechanisms to confiscate Russian assets and direct them to reconstruction efforts in Ukraine.
The statment was made by the Ukrainian Minister of Finance Sergei Marchenko, after attending the informal meeting of EU Economic and Financial Ministers and Central Bank Governors (ECOFIN) in Stockholm, according to 'Ukrinform' news agency.
"The scale of challenges that Ukraine faced for more than a year is unprecedented in its recent history," Marchenko said.
"However, we managed to withstand the shocks and challenges of the war thanks to the unity of Ukrainians, the wise policy of the government of Ukraine and the great international support," he added.
