US Airlines Cancel Hundreds of Flights due to Lack of Flight Crews

Many  US citizens  who intend to travel to meet their families on the National Day holiday on July 4   are forced to adjust their schedule, after airlines canceled hundreds of flights due to a lack of crews, according to “Russia Today”.

American citizens still face difficulties until noon on Saturday, about 600 flights were canceled and more than 2,100 were delayed, according to the website "Flightware", which specializes in tracking the movement of flights.

The situation was worse yesterday, Friday, as the site announced that it had monitored the cancellation of 3,060 flights and the delay of about eight thousand others.

And these problems are increasingly facing American travelers, as US airlines operate with 15% fewer crews compared to the pre-pandemic period, and are facing difficulties in Dealing with the return of the great demand for travelers on flights.
