UNICEF spokesman James Elder said that it is shameful to see the amount of aid provided to the Gaza Strip, to keep it close to those who need it, where there is food, water, medicine and life-saving supplies, while children are dying on the other side of the border.
Elder added that children in Gaza died from drought, which necessitates the need for these supplies to reach civilians in the Strip, as it remains the only way to save those living there.
