She stressed that the situation of children in Gaza is getting worse every day, with deaths and serious injuries among them increasing daily.
Ingram warned, today, Friday, that children in Gaza lack basic services such as water, food, and medicine, and suffer from malnutrition and diseases, calling for the need to help women and children in Gaza by bringing in more immediate aid, and a ceasefire so that UNICEF can pass more supplies. Ingram revealed that a quarter of the population in the Strip is currently suffering from a major famine.
