The Secretary-General of the United Nations urged Israeli and Palestinian leaders to show the necessary political will to revive and resume dialogue, stressing that the two-state solution is the only way to ensure that Israelis and Palestinians can achieve their legitimate aspirations.

During International Media Seminar on Peace in The Middle East entitled “The 30th Anniversary of the Madrid Peace Conference: Can Hope Prevail?”, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that this year’s seminar is held on the thirtieth anniversary of the Madrid Peace Conference, that led to the launch of dialogue between Israelis and Palestinians and laid a vital foundation for peace.

Yesterday, a Palestinian young man was killed during clashes with Israeli occupation forces in West Bank.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said – in a press statement – that the young man, Saddam Hussein Bani Udah (26 years old),  was shot dead by the occupation soldiers.
