On Monday, the UN Human Rights Office said that more than 3,000 civilians were killed in Ukraine since the start of the Russian invasion on February 24.
The death toll of 3,153 so far represents an increase of 254 people from Friday.
The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights said the real losses could be much higher, citing difficulties in documenting cases.
The office said that most of the victims were killed by explosive weapons that have a wide impact, such as missile strikes and airstrikes, without attributing the responsibility to any party.
