Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has sent a letter to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, requesting additional humanitarian aid, including medical devices, according to Indian Ministry of External Affairs.
In a statment, the ministry added that the request, in a letter by Zelensky to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, came during Ukraine's deputy foreign minister Emine Dzhaparova's three-day visit to India, when she met minister of state for external affairs Meenakshi Lekhi.
The Indian ministry added that it was agreed to hold the Indo-Ukrainian governmental committee in India, at a date convenient for both sides.
The Ukrainian official mentioned that the process of rebuilding the infrastructure in Ukraine could provide an opportunity for Indian companies to work there.
