The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that the aim of the meeting was to share Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's vision for strengthening peace efforts and coordinating positions during this crucial week.
The statement, reported by the Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform, added that the two sides discussed, in detail, further steps.
The Ukrainian Foreign Minister affirmed his country's firm and unwavering commitment to US President Donald Trump's peace efforts and thanked the United States for its participation.
