Ukrainian Foreign Minister (FM) Dmytro Kuleba denied on Saturday that any secret talks or negotiations had been held with Russia on a settlement of the current military crisis with it.
Asked whether Ukraine is conducting negotiations with Russia "behind closed doors", Kuleba said, "No".
He also noted that the basis of the Peace Formula is respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
