Ukraine: Shooting down More Than 400 Russian Drones in Kiev's Airspace

Breaking news reports conveyed by news agencies stated that Ukraine was able to shoot down nearly 400 Russian drones.

A senior official in Ukraine said on Saturday evening that Russian forces temporarily eased the pace of their attacks on the besieged city of Bachmut in eastern Ukraine, in order to reorganize their ranks and enhance their capabilities.

Senior Ukrainian officials, in separate statements, indicated that their forces were ready to launch a long-awaited counterattack to regain the territories occupied by Russia since the beginning of the war.

Hanna Maliiar, the Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Defense, stated in a statement on the Telegram app that Russian forces continue to attack, but the overall activity of the operations has decreased.
