On Tuesday, the Regional Civil and Military Administration in Donetsk, southern Ukraine, said that at least 3 civilians were killed in Russian shelling in the Vohlidar region.
The regional civil and military administration said in a statement, carried by the "Ukrainform" news agency, that some other regions of Donetsk are under constant fire and that the regional authorities are trying to evacuate civilians from front-line areas.
In the context, a young boy was killed and another injured by a new Russian shelling targeting Odessa city.
The civilian Municipal Council said that the missile strikes hit a building in which 5 people were, killing a boy and sending another to the hospital.
