The Ukrainian General Staff announced on Wednesday that 156 combat clashes between Ukrainian and Russian forces had been recorded along the front lines since the beginning of the day.
The General Staff stated, in a statement carried by the official Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform, that the most intense fighting between the two armies occurred in the strategic Pokrovsk sector.
It explained that 10 clashes are still ongoing on the front.
