The office of UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced that the country will provide a military aid package to Ukraine, which includes dozens of armored vehicles and ammunition for the Challenger 2 tanks.
A statement issued by Sunak's office on Tuesday pointed out that the aid package will include more than 70 armored vehicles, including reconnaissance vehicles.
The statement indicated that the UK would provide Ukraine with transportation to ensure the supply of ammunition to the front-line troops and the evacuation of the wounded, which is important for the Ukrainian counter-offensive.
The aid package will also include thousands of ammunition for the "Challenger 2" tanks that Britain provided to Ukraine earlier and will allocate £50 million to repair military equipment previously provided to the Kyiv regime.
A medical center will also be established under the auspices of NATO to assist the Ukrainian military in the UK.
