- Borussia Monchengladbach and Manchester City on February 24 and March 16.
- Atalanta and Real Madrid on February 24 and March 16.
It is worth noting that the second-placed clubs in the tournament's group stage will play the first-leg match at home, while they will play the second-leg match away.
