Sheikh Zayed Festival in Abu Dhabi targets to set four Guinness World Records with the festival's new year's eve celebrations, domestic reports said on Friday.
Three records will be attributed with the fireworks show. It is expected to be the largest in covering time, quantity, and design intricacy.
While, the fourth will be attributed with the drone show as 5000 drones will attempt to set a new record.
Massive laser show, DJ, music performances, and the release of 100,000 colorful balloons to the sky are among the new year's eve celebrations.
The festival will last for nearly four months and it is considered one of the biggest cultural events in the UAE.
This edition will witness new activities and attractions like camping village, Chinese market, Fun Fair City, Children's City, and a Flying Cup experience.
