The United Arab Emirates will host the 2028 Impact of Artificial Intelligence Summit, reinforcing its position as a global hub for innovation, advanced technology and artificial intelligence leadership.
The announcement followed international cooperation discussions during the current AI Impact Summit in New Delhi, where Guy Parmelin confirmed that Geneva will host the 2027 edition.
The UAE will then stage the 2028 summit, reflecting deepening bilateral partnerships and coordinated efforts to shape the global AI ecosystem.
The summit draws broad international participation and is being held under the leadership of Narendra Modi, with heads of state, government leaders, senior policymakers and executives from major global technology companies in attendance.
Hosting the 2028 summit aligns with the UAE’s long-term strategy to invest in advanced technologies, accelerate digital transformation and strengthen its role as a global platform for knowledge exchange and AI governance.
