Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, made a phone call with King Mohammed VI, King of the Kingdom of Morocco.
During this call, the UAE President expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy over the victims of the earthquake that occurred in a number of regions in Morocco, stressing the UAE’s solidarity with Morocco and its support for its people during these difficult times, according to the Emirati newspaper Al Bayan.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed also offered his condolences and sympathy to the brotherly Moroccan people and the families of the victims, asking God Almighty to have mercy on the victims souls, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured ones.
For his part, King Mohammed VI expressed his thanks and appreciation for the sincere fraternal feelings of solidarity expressed by the President of the UAE towards Morocco and its people.
