Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met in Abu Dhabi with Beate Meinl-Reisinger, the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs of the Republic of Austria.
The meeting focused on bilateral relations between the UAE and Austria and ways to strengthen them to serve the mutual interests of both nations.
According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the two sides reviewed available opportunities to develop cooperation across several sectors, including economy, trade, investment, and energy, within the framework of the UAE-Austria Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
The UAE Foreign Minister emphasized that his country shares deep-rooted and evolving relations with Austria, noting that the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership has provided promising opportunities to achieve further growth and development in bilateral cooperation across various sectors.
During the meeting, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed and Beate Meinl-Reisinger also discussed several regional and international issues of mutual interest and exchanged views on the latest developments.
