A week after the theft of priceless historical jewelry from the Louvre Museum, two men in their thirties, one of whom was preparing to board a flight to Algeria, were arrested at Roissy Airport, according to sources familiar with the case. They were placed in custody on charges of organized robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime.
Investigations had established that four of the criminals were involved in the Louvre Museum robbery using a freight elevator.
