Prominent social media platform Twitter has been down for thousands of users around the globe, according to famous internet services and webs' performance observer DownDetector, Sputnik reported on Friday.
DownDetector reflected that thousands of users suffer from several issues while using the application and the website as well. The problems wandered between logging in issues and tweeting blocks.
The issues were reported in some Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and other cities.
In addition, the majority of the platforms' users on the western coast in the United States faced the majority of the issues reported.
Twitter issued a statement regarding the issues, saying: "We’ve fixed a technical bug that was preventing timelines from loading and Tweets from posting. Things should be back to normal now. Sorry for the interruption!"
