On Sunday, the cast of the TV series “Al Haramy” season 2 resumed filming after production suspended due to the Eid Al-Fitr holidays.

Director Ahmed El Gendy is helming the series instead of Mohamed Salama, the director of season one, who was busy filming TV series "Mousa", which premiered during the Ramadan 2021 drama marathon.

El Gendy almost finished filming nearly half of the series, and after the completion of filming, he will enter the montage stage to be shown on the electronic platform “Shahid” soon.

The series consists of 10 episodes that each continue for 10 minutes.

It also stars Rania Youssef, Bayoumi Fouad, Caroline Azmi, Ahmed Dash, and others. The series is written by Mohamed Mabrouk and directed by Mohamed Salama.

Season 1 of “Al Haramy” premiered on July 25, 2020, on Shahid Vip. The series is a thriller genre and consists of 10 episodes.

The plot revolves around two thieves attempting to rub an old house, however, they failed as the owners unexpectedly return. One manages to escape, while the other, an unprofessional thief, gets stuck inside due to the curfew set in Egypt to curb the spread of coronavirus.
