The capital’s squares now host themed decorations, light installations and cultural activities that reflect traditional winter celebrations alongside modern urban creativity.
Among the highlights are traditional tea ceremonies that invite guests to warm up and enjoy a taste of Russian hospitality, as well as scenic walks along Mandarin Street, one of the city’s seasonal attractions inspired by New Year traditions and vibrant holiday colors.
These locations have become popular gathering points, drawing families, tourists and photographers eager to capture the festive mood.
